We hope you and your dog(s) enjoy your time at Oak Paddock but to ensure the safety of yourself, your dog and other users, the following must be adhered to at all times.

It is understood you accept the following Terms & Conditions each time you use Oak Paddock. Booking is deemed as agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Oak Paddock cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury, incidents or losses whilst using the paddock and car park area. Vehicles and contents left at the owner’s risk.

ARRIVAL & EXIT PROCEDURE

1. To comply with planning restrictions, courtesy towards our neighbours and other people using the lane, the speed limit on Slough Lane is 20mph and must be adhered to.

2. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking. For first time users of the paddock, we are more than happy to meet you for an induction visit prior to your booking. Please email us to request this.

3. You will receive an automated reminder email 2 hours before your session which will contain the gate code in order to enter the field.

4. Please do not arrive before your allocated time and park directly onto the designated parking area. If there is a vehicle in the car park, drive to the end of the lane and wait for the vehicle to exit.

Your allocated time includes arrival and departure so please ensure you leave promptly five minutes before the end of your session. We advise that your dog is in your vehicle five minutes before you depart to avoid any possible contact with the next user. Some dogs are people and/or dog reactive who don’t want to be put into a confrontational situation.

Under NO circumstances should you park on the grass verge in front of the field on the lane.

5. ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD IN THE CAR PARK. PLEASE BE AWARE THE MAIN GATE INTO THE CAR PARK IS LEFT OPEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY SO ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD UNTIL YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO THE SECURE DOG PADDOCK.

6. If on the odd occasion you do arrive late for your booking you will still need to leave at your allotted time. We do understand life gets in the way sometimes so if you do arrive late I will try to extend your time if there isn’t a client booked in after you.

7. When you leave the field please ensure the coded gate is shut. This is to ensure only people who have officially booked can enter.

8. The gate code is not to be passed to any third party.

BOOKINGS

1. All bookings must be made via Oak Paddock website and paid for in full at the time of booking. We are using “Square” as our online payment system which is safe and secure.

2. Whilst we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed booking, these can be rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand via the “Reschedule” tab in your confirmation email.

3. Due to planning constraints, we are only able to accommodate a maximum of 2 people and 4 dogs in any one session. Each booking is personal to the client and may not be transferred or sub-let to any other person without prior consent from Oak Paddock.

4. When making a booking, you will see three different price options in respect of how many dogs you will be bringing with you. Please click on the one that applies and you will then be directed to the calendar showing our latest availability. Up to two dogs are included in the session price of £10. Each additional dog is £2.50 (up to a maximum of four dogs).

    GENERAL

    1. Please pick up after your dog(s). Emergency waste bags are provided in the field but must be taken home with you for disposal.

    2. Although we have taken every step to ensure the paddock is secure and safe, the client takes full responsibility to make sure the paddock is suitable for their dog. This also applies to the use of the adventure equipment.

    3. We check all fencing daily however holes can be made by other dogs and animals. There may also be fallen tree branches and general wear and tear so please let us know immediately so we can rectify any areas of concern.

    4. The paddock is a natural habitat which may have uneven ground often concealed by long grass and vegetation, has over hanging branches and can get muddy in inclement weather.

    5. Clients are asked not to encourage their dogs to dig. Any holes should be filled in prior to leaving the site.

    6. It is our intention to remain as environmentally friendly as possible and to maintain, encourage and respect the local fauna.

    7. The summer house is available to use for your enjoyment however please ensure it is left in a clean and tidy state for the next user. Please make sure the door is closed when you leave.

    8. We do have immediate neighbours so therefore excessive and continual barking will not be tolerated. General noise should also be kept to a minimum.

    9. Although we do have rain water butts on site and fresh water containers in the summer house, you may wish to bring your own additional fresh water for your dog. Water bowls are available on site and are cleaned daily.

    10. Agility equipment can be located in the summer house which you are welcome to use however, please ensure it is returned before your departure. No balls to be left in the paddock. Please try to avoid leaving treats in the paddock as some dogs are allergic to different ingredients which could make them ill.

    11. The paddock is enclosed by six foot fencing. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog cannot jump over the fence. If there is any possibility your dog may be able to do this, then unfortunately the paddock may not be suitable for you.
